In your instructions for play calling you indicate that once set this remains in place until further instruction.
Can you confirm (or not) whether changing a teams play call through the season will impact its effectiveness on those calls e.g say Bears have played "mostly pass" and then move to "mostly run". Will the initial few games at "mostly run" be not as effective as they might if they had played "mostly run" all season. Think of it as a learning effect.

That's a good question. I can't profess to being an expert on the inner workings of the simulator but I don't think it is complex enough to apply such a "learning curve". My feeling is that it would have minimal effect.

I'd imagine that changing your tactics to combat your opponants strengths and weaknesses would have more affect anyway. Thats how I'm looking at it anyway.
