This is probably something for the future, as to not complicate things too early - but it would be nice if we could confirm trades via PM to the Commissioner - as opposed to in the trade center, as to not show rival players which draft picks and players (for example) we are willing to part with.
Obviously we still announce it in the News, but for the purposes of competative bidding, I think it will benifit both parties.

I know what you mean, but I was thinking that you wouldnt need to disclose which draft picks you traded (only the players).
Only reason I thought of it was looking at Man City - they _have_ disclosed the stupid fees they are paying and as a result will be milked by every team they deal with.
If I try to buy a player and give up a early pick, then the next time I go to buy a player, they can say 'Well you gave a second round pick for him - we think this guys worth more and therefore a first'.
It also means that you wont have to put a player on the market for everyone to see - generating interest from other paties. May not be the best option for the seller you may think, but if you are dealing privately, the old 'You either give me Player A and Draft Picks 1 and 2 or I go public', can come into play
Just makes the transfers a bit more tactical and exciting. But as I said, probably one for the future.

negotiate privately and announce all details publicly is the only way to do it.
"If I try to buy a player and give up a early pick, then the next time I go to buy a player, they can say 'Well you gave a second round pick for him - we think this guys worth more and therefore a first'."

I agree, trades shouldn't be announced until they're completely confirmed
